Twin Cities Cloud Computing User Group

I'm pleased to announce that TekPub has become a sponsor of the Twin Cities Cloud Computing User Group. TekPub co-founder, James Avery, has given me a stack of 15 and 30 day subscription coupons as well as a yearly coupon to give away during our meetings. If you don't know about TekPub here's little background information:

TekPub was launched by Rob Conery and James Avery in October 2009 with the goal of helping developers excel in their jobs. Screencasts are OK for training and communicating ideas in summary form, but most of the time they’re not terribly detailed, perhaps a bit boring, and overall might leave you a bit short of a full picture. TekPub focuses on "Video Productions". Rob and James don’t want to just leave you with a vague summary of understanding – they want you to feel like you’ve just watched a book – a book by someone who’s trusted and knowledgeable on the subject. Really the only way they can do this is to make it our full-time focus, giving each episode the level of care that you might find in a television production (well, that’s the goal at least).

Thanks James and welcome TekPub!
