Abstract
The launch of Dynamics CRM Online was a revolutionary step for Microsoft in the world of Cloud Computing. Since then, a lot has changed and so has Dynamics CRM Online evolved and taken a life of its own through continuous enhancements, integrations to other cloud platforms and client side applications.

In this session, we will cover the latest release of Dynamics CRM Online and discuss how this innovation embodies the promise of cloud computing by creating business value and opportunities for the users at a fraction of the cost.

Presenter
Shikhar Agarwal has over 10 years of solution leadership experience. He has worked with various solutions including CRM, ECM, Collaboration, SaaS, ERP and BI. As a Director and National Lead (CRM Solutions) with Sogeti USA (a division of Capgemini), Shikhar is leading efforts to build solution focused offerings and teams. In his spare time, Shikhar does public speaking and serves on the advisory board of a MBA Program.

Shikhar has been working with Dynamics CRM Online since the first TAP. He has implemented other cloud based applications like Salesforce.com & BPOS. He is also involved with the upcoming release of Dynamics CRM Online.
